Because our trailer is making a return trip, we have price flexibility that we can pass along to you.

• Priority Booking ($1,200): If you need a guaranteed, immediate spot on the trailer, you are encouraged to book the Priority Spot.

• Discovery Bid: If you have flexibility, you can submit an offer on our surplus space. These bids are reviewed based on how well your location aligns with our most efficient route.

When you submit a bid (minimum $500), we review it alongside other offers based on your specific pickup/drop-off logistics. We choose bids that best align with our most efficient route. If your bid is successful, you will be notified within 24 hours of your submission. You will be contacted to confirm your booking with a deposit to secure your spot. 

Yes, we are a licensed business with $2,000,000 Cargo Liability Insurance that specifically covers motorcycles while they are in our care, custody, and control. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon booking.

Using an enclosed cargo trailer with soft tie straps, your bike is protected from road debris, and easily rolled in and out of the trailer. 

Yes. While our primary corridor is the GTA to Calgary, we can accommodate deviations. Please list your exact desired pickup and drop-off locations (with cross-streets) in the submission form, and we will confirm the logistics with you during booking.

Your bike is brought to our partner shop, Precision Frameworx in Calgary Alberta, for safe storage until you are ready to pick it up, 1 month of complimentary storage is available. Long term storage can be negotiated.  

You will be given a private, secure link that shares the real-time GPS location of your bike from the moment of pickup until it arrives at its destination. You will also receive ETA updates via text message as we approach your pickup or drop-off location.

Our enclosed trailer can accommodate standard motorcycles, from sportbikes to large adventure touring bikes (e.g., BMW R1250GS) and full-size cruisers (e.g., Harley-Davidson Road Glide). If you have a significantly oversized bike, a sidecar, or a trike, please contact us at hello@gravelandgas.com before submitting a bid, as these require specific logistics we may not be able to accommodate at this time.

If your bike is not getting dropped off at our partner shop in Calgary, we will need to meet an authorized adult to sign the inspection report at both ends of the journey. If you cannot be there personally, you may designate a trusted agent (friend, family member, neighbor).

We are motorcycle tour and support experts. We manage fully supported guided tours for international guests and extend that same professional level of support to local riders. We are based in Calgary, Alberta, with a team of professional mechanics, riding instructors, guides, and lifelong riders.
